Valentine’s Mini Cupcakes

I love mini cupcakes as very little cupcake gets wasted when you have younger children.  They also look cuter and you feel better about eating 3 or 4 mini cupcakes rather than 2 or 3 regular cupcakes.  I can never get them all equal sized though, but it doesn’t matter once they are decorated.

I piped them using Wilton 2B tip and just one of each kind of candy and a sprinkle of sugar was all the mini cupcakes needed to look Valentine’s Day ready

They make the perfect bite-size or toddler sized treat!
